Merchant Development (m/f) in Munich or Berlin. You might very well be one of them. After all, you?re here, reading this, right? Your team & role: - Support our DACH Merchant Development department - Qualify merchant?s pain-points and value drivers to tailor sales pitch and arguments accordingly for the right Klarna solution - Continuously analyze and evaluate the merchant?s business to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities - Look for improvement areas in order to improve customer experience - Participate at various trade fairs and conferences Your experience & skills: - Economically/commercial oriented university degree - About 1-3 years of work experience in sales/business development, managing existing customers in a high-performance environment, preferably within e-payment/e-commerce - Ability to develop relationships and to look for new market opportunities - Communication, negotiation and analytical skills, combined with a hands-on attitude - Passionate about fintech, e-commerce, online startups and deep interest in developing businesses - Independent, flexible, open-minded, speedy but humble - Fluent in English and German What we offer you: Klarna is one of the Sweden´s success stories not only for its exceptional growth story but also for its unique place to work at.
