Job Description This role offers a mobile marketing professional the unique opportunity to join a strategic and innovative startup in Berlin! 7green is looking for our next Publisher Account Manager. This individual will play a key role in our continued success and growth with the exciting opportunity to develop and manage their own network in the Industry. This is a role for anyone who s ready to share their ideas and strategies in order to have a real impact on the future of 7green and mobile app marketing as a whole, all while working with a collaborative team of international marketers. The Publisher Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the supply side of our client?s mobile campaigns by proactively connecting with our publisher network to achieve KPIs & goals set by the advertiser, while formulating plans with proactive attention to detail in order to exceed those goals. Along with the ability to inform our clients of the philosophy of your strategy, you will also be responsible for keeping clients informed of industry trends and be proactive in your planning to achieve mobile advertiser satisfaction & revenue generation. Roles & Responsibilities ? Communicate & work closely with our publisher network worldwide to manage relationships towards more profitability ? Continuously review and optimize current integrations; analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet client?s monetization objectives ? Work to onboard new publishers, especially from the Eastern European market ? Monitor campaign delivery, fill rates, and all other stats for the publishers assigned to you ? Work with the ad operations team for campaign alignment ? Create and share publisher reports to publisher clients and internal teams ? Technical aptitude to overcome any technical issues with integration ? Train new staff members Ideal Experience & Background ? Previous work experience as PAM or Media Buyer ? Proven track record of communicating with publisher clients to increase revenue and profitability ? Strong knowledge of the Eastern European Mobile Marketing scene and a fluency in Russian language ? Ability to share and consult your learnings and information to publisher clients and internal teams ? Functional and working knowledge of publisher ad servers including but not limited to DSPs and Ad Exchanges ? Previous experience joining a startup team that required self-starting, problem solving, and strategic input ? Experience working on an international team and overcoming communication challenges ? Ability to multi-task and processes with great attention to detail ? Friendly, transparent, team-player attitude ? Proven analytical and strategic problem solving skills Compensation & Benefits ?
