As an offspring of the aircraft manufacturer Dornier we, the DO-Professional Services GmbH, are a personnel service provider specialised in aerospace technology. In this field we work together with the great manufacturing companies (Airbus Operations, Airbus Defence & Space, Airbus Helicopters, Premium Aerotech ?). Moreover, we are currently establishing a competence centre Supply Chain Management / Logistics and provide as well as recruit experts in this field across all industries and sectors. In co-operation with the worldwide operating ALTEN Group, who holds a majority share in our company, our employees practically work in all relevant international aerospace projects in the aircraft development, production and service sectors as well as in leading companies of the logistics industry. What we are looking for: Support the team of a national industrial company in Donauwörth at the earliest possible date as Recruitment Business Partner (m/f) Reference number: 291 Areas of responsibility: ? Lead the selection process from understanding the customer needs up to the selection of the most suitable internal or external candidate ? Analysing, understanding and challenging the Managers needs ? Publishing and phrasing job postings ? Posting jobs on career sites (internal & external) ? Sourcing internal candidates in Airbus group tools ? Sourcing for difficult positions externally via social networks (Linked- In etc) to locate passive candidates, proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and people databases ? Screening the CV received for the required competencies ? Promoting job specifications to potential candidates ? Conducting pre-selection telephones interviews ? Delivering shortlists to managers ? Running final selection face-to-face interviews, where appropriate (together with managers) ? Ensuring open and regular coordination/communication between all stakeholders (Managers, candidates, HRBP s...) ? Liaising with Managers for final selection ? Providing feedback to candidates all along the recruitment process ? Working closely with AGEO counterparts ? Using the internal information system to follow your activity Your qualifications: ? University degree in the field of Psychology, Social Sciences, Sociology, Engineering, Aerospace Technology, Business Administration ? At least 3 years of professional experience in the Human Resources sector ? Ideally knowledge and experience of best practice selection methods ? Metrics and operational reporting knowledge is required ? Detailed knowledge of MS-Office ? Open minded ? Very good communication skills ? Autonomous way of working ?
