The Role Working in the role you will be required to: ? You will ensure the day to day service excellence to Managing Consultants and designated clients. ? Overall delivery of executive search projects from taking the brief directly with the client, explaining the process including deliverables, reporting, timelines and process. ? Manage target list creation, design sourcing strategy, long list creation, candidate management ? approaches, qualification, CV screening, conduct telephone and face to face interviews, KF4D assessments, write candidate profiles, manage weekly reporting and client update calls. ? Handle candidate/client logistics for interviews, take and provide feedback on candidate interviews, situational changes, offer management and negotiation. Follow-up with candidate during notice period and ensure smooth transition to start date. ? You will use your judgment and resilience to proactively track and select the best available talent in the sourcing and mapping relevant markets ensuring data accuracy and integrity and staying up to date with your chosen Industry trends and developments. ? You will demonstrate positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, generosity of knowledge and experience sharing. You will build effective relationships within and across the business. ? Through the management of KPI?s improve and maintain productivity covering, quality of candidates presented, time to shortlist/hire. ? Weekly searches to identify future relevant talent within your sector/client base and build relationships with high potentials. ? Manage & develop shortlisted candidates and ensure that the FS referral/network is world class and helpful. ? Work with Managing Consultants & Sector Leaders to ensure that information / intelligence is shared (Industry news, competitor searches, market intel). Skills & Experience To be successful in this position you will have: ? Significant amount of professional experience in a consulting or commercial environment, with good knowledge of and network in Technology Practice in the German Market. ? Demonstrable experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for retained search with experience including cold calling, developing search strategies and client/candidate management; ? Commercial mindset. Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate clients needs. Ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures and propose relevant solutions; ? Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.
